The International Symposium on Combustion is the major biennial meeting of The Combustion Institute. Our next symposium will convene at The Adelaide Convention Centre in Australia from Sunday, 24 January through Friday, 29 January 2021. This event provides a scientific venue for sharing ideas and experiences on the applications of combustion.

Weekly Combustion Webinar

During this unforeseen and difficult time owing to COVID-19, many of us miss the opportunity to interact with each other technically. A group of us (led by Prof. Yiguang Ju from Princeton University) are volunteering to organize the weekly combustion webinar to share our research and create an opportunity to learn from each other. The webinar will use Zoom and open to public.

Low-Carbon Combustion Joint Meeting of the French and British Sections of The Combustion Institute

This is an event dedicated to combustion science compliant with low-carbon mobility and energy, organized under the auspices of the French and British sections of The Combustion Institute. This is a fully online event that will take place from November 5-6, 2020.
